Loathe are politicians to acknowledge the truth they see

The torture and pain at the hands of their unchecked greed

I am saddened to know of the ignorance that holds sway
And angered by manipulative lies that men say

The world gives hints of what is to become of my wife
From the abuse and lack of caring for her gifts of life
